Thank you for your enquiry regarding our Florida home.
The villa is a newly built (February 2003) luxurious and spacious executive property offering five bedrooms, three bathrooms and sleeps 10 comfortably, although two more could be accommodated on the sofa bed if required. It has a very large sun deck and 30ft pool with jacuzzi.
The villa is situated on the 18 hole Par 72 Championship and prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf Course, nestling in the hills among old citrus groves, pine trees, a wooded conservation area and nature reserve. The landscape is gently undulating, peaceful and a haven for wildlife and yet is just a few minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Orlando and all its major attractions.
Disney World, Epcot and Animal Kingdom are approximately 12-15 minutes away and Sea World, Universal Studios, Cypress Gardens, Bok Bell Tower Sanctuary and Gardens are all within an easy drive, as are attractions such as Gatorland, Medieval Times, Arabian Nights and Wet and Wild.
A little further a field but within about an hour's drive are the East coast attractions of Cape Canaveral and the Kennedy Space Centre and Daytona Beach, whilst the West Coast attractions of Tampa, Busch Gardens and St Petersburg are just over the hour.
For the benefit of all guests we would ask you to note that a NO SMOKING policy operates within the villa.
The villa, which benefits from central heating and air conditioning, is light and airy throughout, decorated in pleasing neutral tones and furnished to a high standard and is fully equipped to sleep 10-12.
